Homœopaths from all over the world are most welcome to attend the conference. We would be most honoured by your presence!
However, due to strict immigration requirements, there are some special considerations which may affect you:
- If you intend coming to Australia, you will probably need a special visa.
- To assist you in this process, the Australian Homœopathic Association is prepared, on receipt of your registration form and conference fee, to send to you an official invitation on AHA letterhead, both by email and air mail. Please carefully re-read all information on this website before you request this official letter.
- The last day that this letter can be issued is 15th July 2012
- This document will contain a special serial number which will be used by the Australian immigration authorities. It is important to understand that the Australian Homœopathic Association can accommodate no additional sponsoring request.
- The Australian Homœopathic Association cannot be involved with your actual visa application.
- You are totally responsible for the application for your visa and honouring its requirements. You will be required to remit your registration form and conference fee in Australian dollars to the AHA before your letter on the official AHA letterhead can be issued.
- Apart from the conference accommodation detailed elsewhere on these pages, the Australian Homœopathic Association can not assist in providing accommodation, sight-seeing, airport transfers, local travel, etc. It is suggested that you make such arrangements through your local travel agent.
